The Bistronomic Cuisine
A new culinary concept that was presented at the fair "Madrid Fusion 08", particularly successful in major European cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Paris..
The “Bistronómic” concept offers you haute cuisine at moderate prices, using the most recognized chef's techniques, employing seasonal products, for only 21€. Our Bistronomic Menu is composed of six dishes: 3 entrants, 1 fish, 1 meat and 1 dessert with coffee or infusion, all for only 21€.
